the exclusive amenities included a Spa & wellness centre, sauna, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, beach access and more. the service was outstanding and the location near the beach made for a perfect stay. the restaurant provided amazing meals and in, room breakfast was delivered promptly.

Despite the exceptional experience, my only issue was the lack of beach umbrellas. the well, manicured sun terrace and garden area made up for this minor setback.

We loved our quiet room with a balcony, great selection at breakfast, exceptional room cleanliness, and valet parking service. The hotel's clean and modern facilities, poolside service, and convenient location near downtown and 5th avenue were also fantastic. The Grand Club's staff and offerings, including the delicious breakfast and evening cocktails, were a highlight of our trip. Upgrading to Club access is highly recommended.

Nothing everything was great.

I have been visiting the Cancun-Mayan Riviera area for over 10 years, and I must say that this hotel is perfectly located. It is right in the center of the resort, surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself is nestled within a beautiful internal garden, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located between the bustling Fifth Ave and the tranquil ocean, giving guests the best of both worlds.

The only downside that some guests have mentioned is the presence of seaweed on the beach. However, this is a common issue in the area and something that the hotel actively works to address by regularly cleaning the beach.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. the staff was incredible, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were also impressed with the quality and variety of the food at the hotel's restaurants.

The size of the room was a bit smaller than expected and we were disappointed to find that there was no bathtub. Additionally, the noise from the nearby club and rolling carts was quite loud, especially at night.

The ambiance of the resort was relaxing and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were attentive and always available to help. The pools were amazing, and the beach was beautiful. I especially loved the amenities provided as a Diamond member. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's design and architecture are breathtaking, creating a beautiful atmosphere for couples. The pool and beach area offer numerous options for swimming and relaxation. The staff are accommodating and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a stunning view from the restaurant and pool areas.

Felt completely at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is located on a wide soft sandy beach, very close to the city center, where there is always something to eat on the avenue. The rooms at the hotel are noteworthy and come with excellent shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The breakfast buffet at La Cocina is highly recommended and varied. You can spend most of your time chilling in the hotel or enjoying paddle boarding and jet skiing.

There are instances of loud noise coming from bars and clubs nearby, which could be a problem if you're looking for a peaceful stay.

Stunning architecture, spacious rooms, fantastic pools and staff, excellent restaurant options, helpful travel company, great housekeeping.

Can't fault anything about it.

We loved the location of the hotel, right on a beautiful sandy beach with the town's promenade just around the corner. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the stylish and spacious swimming pool area with plenty of loungers. The breakfast selection was also great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were impressed with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

Beautifully curated decor and top-notch architecture merge perfectly with the lovely stretch of pristine beach. Wide selection of delicious breakfast buffet options and tasty drinks from the bar. Plenty of comfortable free umbrellas and beach chairs available to lounge on. Friendly and generous staff who made our stay memorable without excessive politeness. Great value for a luxurious resort with lots of nearby dining options.

The hotel had stunning views of the beach and the lobby was jaw-dropping. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more special. the hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding city.

The hotel was quite pricey, especially when it came to food options and tours. the smell of petrol from the jet ski vendors near the hotel was sometimes overpowering.

Good location, right by the beach and shopping street. Safety measures in place. Close proximity to Xplor Xcaret activities. Cenote spa and fitness center available. Daily activity program. Friendly staff and good food. Comfortable overall.
